Ready to get behind the bar? In this hands-on cocktail class, you’ll learn the simple formula behind a huge number of classic cocktails. Instead of memorizing recipes, we’ll focus on the building blocks that make great drinks work.

Each guest will have their own bar setup and will make three cocktails during the class:

• Gimlet

• Daiquiri

• A custom cocktail of your own creation

Along the way we’ll cover the basic bar tools, why we shake drinks, and how to balance citrus, sweetness, and spirit so a cocktail tastes right to your palate.

You’ll leave with recipe sheets, extra drink ideas to try at home, and a swag bag with some tools from the class.
